How information is collected
Information may be provided directly by you, created when you use our apps or websites, submitted through support requests, generated by device/app diagnostics, or received from service providers that help operate our products.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve products, identify and organize building bricks, support app account and backup features, respond to support requests, process customer communications, troubleshoot problems, protect our customers and business, comply with legal obligations, and maintain app review and platform requirements.
Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate apps, websites, hosting, support, analytics, payment/subscription processing, email, security, and customer communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, users, or our business. We do not sell personal information as a standalone business.
Photos and app content
Brick Finder and Brick Vision may use submitted photos or scan data to identify LEGO®-compatible building bricks, improve matching, and support user-controlled review. Please avoid including people, private documents, addresses, or other sensitive material in app photos.
Security, retention, and deletion
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, support, legal, security, accounting, and business purposes. Users may request help, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.

Children
Our products are intended for general users, families, collectors, and builders. Children should use our products with parent or guardian involvement where required. Parents or guardians may contact us about privacy or deletion requests.
